Very much based around experiential learning. We focus on the whole gamut of skills needed to operate successfully in the alps.
Topics covered could include glacial travel, crevasse rescue and avoidance, rock climbing with advanced ropework, crampon and axe skills, moving together on technical terrain and using alpine huts. Alpine summits such as Pigne d’Arrolla, L’Eveque, Petit Aiguille Verte etc are often ascended on this course.
